Howard Vipperman - In Service to Developers?

During the barrage of resident comments against the proposed Code changes, one resident read an email from Howard Vipperman to a local contractor/developer (by the individual's own description).

An email was sent to all the Council members by a local contractor/developer. Mr. Vipperman was the only one who appeared to respond.

In the email, Mr Vipperman commiserates with the developer about the alleged "difficulty" in building in the Heights, and states his anxiousness to pass the Code changes, prior to them even coming to a public hearing no less.

Mr Vipperman also states his willingness to pass along any other Code changes the Developer wants, and he will direct staff to present to the Planning Commission.

Rick,

I have received your email and share your concerns about building in the Heights.

Tonight I get a chance to change some of the code and hope to confirm all of the recommendations from Planning Commission.

If you wish additional aspects reviewed then please let me know and I will direct staff to present to the Planning Commission for review.

Thanks

Howard
