The Heintz campaign website, previously shown as owned and controlled at Mayor Howard Vipperman's corporate address, was neither listed as an expense, nor an in-kind contribution on financial submittals.

The biggest contributor listed to Jeffrey Heintz is John Pearce. Notably, Mr. Pearce took the picture of the "three amigos" used in campaign literature during the 2009 City Council election.
